LAW IN OUR COUNTRY

 Law commonly refer to system of rule created or enforced through social and governmental institutions to regulate behavior. The purpose of law is to preserve freedom and moral agency. Law is a name of justice that is given to local people. The judge should given order according to the law and light of Islam.

Law in Pakistan  is not equally given to peoples. In our country,  Law is not fully implemented and totally failed due to favoritism of politicians / rich peoples.The famous politicians / rich people give bribery graft to judges to favor the case of them. This is open violation of rules of Islam and constitutional law of Pakistan.

IMPORTANCE OF LAW

The law is important for society for it serve as a norm of conduct for citizen. It was also made to provide for proper guidelines and order upon the behavior for all citizens to sustain the equity on three branches of the government.The keeps the society running.

NEGATIVE IMPACTS OF LAW

The rule of law is a foundation of civilized society but it cannot play its role.The disadvantage of law is that people although have awareness about it but do not actively play their role.This is the fault our intelligence. According the rule of law in Pakistan law hardly cannot play its role checked.

According to Quaid-e-Azam

The first duty of government is to maintain law and order so that life, property, religious Belief of its are fully protected by state.

CONCLUSION

It is to be suggested that everyone should be equal in the eyes of law. No one is superior. Prime Minister of Pakistan that law may be passed through parliament for nominated one honesty team  to survey oblique investigated Tehsile level court, district level and province level report should briefed to PM on monthly bases.

It is also to be suggested  that  Chief Justice of Pakistan, give direction to all such courts for Implementation of law according to Islam and the order of government of Pakistan.
