Respect for the law

A law is a set of rules and principles that are made for the betterment of individuals in society. Human society can only survive if it abides by a law. These laws are made by the government and must be obeyed by all individuals.

Obedience to the law

Obedience to the law is essential for human society. If there is no obedience to the law in a society, that place will be called a forest, not a society. It is also a fact that without law no one's life, property and honor can be safe. In practice, there are very few people who respect the law.

The spirit of respect for the law

In order to instill a sense of respect for the law in the hearts of the people, it is necessary for the ruling class itself to abide by the law and not to use its influence as a means to escape the law. There is a lot of talk in the world today about equality before the law, but there is hardly any constitution or constitution in the world in which the ruling class has been given special privileges and there is no distinction between master and slave and king in the law.

The benefits of respecting the law

Mutual unity is promoted.

Respect for the law is the cause of divine pleasure.

An atmosphere of love and affection is created.

The spirit of brotherhood grows.

Hatreds and enmities end.

Today, due to lack of respect for the law, Muslims are in the limelight in the world. There is a need to ensure respect for the law in all circumstances so that Islamic society can prosper.

قانون کا احترام

قانون ان ضابطوں اور اصولوں کا مجموعہ ہو تا ہے جو معاشرے کے افراد کی بہتری کے لیے بنائے جاتے ہیں۔ انسانی معاشرہ اسی صورت میں قائم رہ سکتا ہے جب وہ کسی قانون کا پابند ہو یہ قوانین حکومت بناتی ہے اور تمام افرادکے لیے ان پرعمل کرنا ضروری ہے۔ 

قانون کی پابندی 

انسانی معاشرے کے لیے قانون کی پابندی ضروری ہے اگر کسی معاشرے میں قانون کی پابندی نہ ہوتو وہ جگہ معاشرہ نہیں بلکہ جنگل کہلائے گی۔ یہ بھی حقیقت ہے کہ قانون کے بغیرکسی بھی شخص کی جان مال اور عزت محفوظ نہیں رہ سکتی۔ عملی طور پر دیکھا جائے تو بہت ہی کم افراد ایسے ہوتے ہیں جو قانون کا احترام کرتے ہیں۔

قانون کے احترام کا جذبہ

لوگوں کے دلوں میں قانون کے احترام کاسچا جذبہ پیدا کرنے کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ خود حکمران طبقہ بھی قانون کی پاسبانی کرے اور اپنے اثر ورسوخ کو قانون کی زد سے بچنے کا ذریعہ نہ بنائے۔ آج دنیا میں قانون کے سامنے سب برابر ہونے کا چرچا تو بہت ہے لیکن دنیا کا شاید ہی کوئی دستور یا آئین ایسا ہو جس میں حکمران طبقے کو مخصوص مراعات مہیا کی گئ ہوں اور قانون میں آقا وغلام اور شاہ گدا کا کوئی امتیاز نہ ہو۔

احترام قانون کے فوائد

باہمی اتحاد کو فروغ ملتا ہے۔

احترام قانون رضائے الہی کا سبب ہے۔

محبت و پیار کی فضا قائم ہوتی ہے۔

اخوت کا جذبہ پروان چڑھتا ہے۔

نفرتیں اور دشمنیاں ختم ہوتی ہیں۔

آج احترام قانون نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے مسلمان دنیا میں زرال پذیر ہیں۔ ضرورت اس امر کی ہے کہ قانون کے احترام کو ہر حالت میں یقینی بنایا جائے تا کہ اسلامی معاشرہ ترقی کرے۔
