THERE IS GREATNESS IN HARD WORK

محنت میں عظمت ہے

وہ سائنسدان بجا طور پر بنی نوع انسان کے محسن کہلانے کے مستحق ہیں جنہوں نے انسانیت کی فلاح کی خاطر زندگی کے ہر عیش وآرام کو قربان کر دیا۔ اپنی شبانہ و روز کی محنت سے آج انسان کو اس مقام پر کھڑا کیا کہ جسے دیکھ کر عقل دنگ رہ جاتی ہے۔ سائنسدانوں نے اپنی زندگی کو عمل میں لا کر ایسے ایسے آلات ایجاد کیے ہیں کہ انسان حیرت میں گم ہو جاتا ہے۔ 

آج سے ہزار سال قبل یورپی معاشرت تنزل کی پستیوں میں گری ہوئی تھی۔ یورپ کے بازار اور گلیاں کیچڑ میں ڈوبی ہوئی تھیں۔ رات کے وقت ان تاریک بازاروں میں کچھ بھی دکھائی نہ دیتا تھا۔ یورپ میں کچے مکان اور گاس پھوس کے جھو نپڑے ہی نظر آتے تھے۔ وہاں کے باسی جانوروں سے بد تر زندگی بسر کرتے تھے مگر آج یورپ جنت ارضی کی نظیر دکھائی دیتا ہے۔عالی شان بلند وبالا عمارتیں جنہیں دیکھ کر انسانی آنکھ دنگ رہ جائے۔ گلیاں اور بازار بقعہ نور ایسی صفائی کہ شاہرائیں شیشے کی مانند دکھائی دیں۔ یوں کہنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں کہ الفاط یورپ کی معاشرتی ترقی کا نقشہ کھنچنے سے قاصر ہیں اور زبان بیان کرنے سے معذور۔ یہ طلسماتی دنیا انسان کی محنت کا نتیجہ نہیں تو اور کیا ہے؟ اس دلفریب دنیا کو یہ رنگ و روپ اور رعنائیاں بخشنے میں کئی نسلوں نے اپنا سکھ چین موجودہ ترقی کی نظر کر دیا۔ اپنا خون پانی کی طرح بہا دیا۔ہر مردو زن نے اپنی زندگی کے حسین لمحات اس کی خاطر قربان کیے۔ تب جا کر کہیں یورپی زندگی ترقی کی اس معراج کو پہنچی۔

وہ یورپ جس کی موجودہ ترقی کو دیکھ کر انسانی عقل اس کی اسیر ہو جائے آنکھیں خیرہ ہو جائیں یورپ والوں کو یہ ترقی کسی آسمانی مخلوق نے تھالی میں رکھ کر پیش نہیں کی بلکہ یہ ترقی ان کے خون پسینے کی کمائی ہے۔

There is greatness in hard work

Those scientists rightly deserve to be called the benefactors of mankind who sacrificed every luxury of life for the welfare of humanity. Today, with his hard work day and night, he has made man stand in such a place that the intellect is stunned to see him. Scientists have put their lives into practice and invented such devices that man is lost in amazement.

A thousand years ago today, European society was in a state of decline. European markets and streets were muddy. Nothing was visible in these dark markets at night. In Europe, mud houses and haystacks were the norm. The inhabitants lived a life worse than that of the animals, but today Europe is a paradise on earth. The streets and bazaars are so clean that the highways look like glass. There is no harm in saying so Not that words are unable to map Europe's social development and are unable to express language. What else is this magical world if not the result of human labor? In giving this look and feel to this charming world, many generations have seen their Sikh China as the current development. He shed his blood like water. Every man and woman sacrificed the beautiful moments of their lives for him. Then somewhere European life reached this height of development.

A Europe whose current progress has captivated the human mind and dazzled the eyes. This progress has not been presented to the people of Europe by any celestial being on a plate, but this progress has been earned by their blood and sweat.
