Kidnapping for ransom is a very serious and painful social issue. In the lure of wealth, criminals kidnap men, women and even children and demand huge ransoms. The abductee is released after paying the ransom, but there are also instances where the ransom is obtained and the abductee is killed. The kidnappers also sell the abductees and there are some torches. Human organs, kidneys, eyes, etc. are taken out and sold.Thus many people lose their lives at the hands of this heinous crime. It is a sign of aggression that criminals have become so self-centered that they snatch mobile cash, vehicles and jewelery from the occupants and flee. It seems that lawlessness has reached its peak. Instead of arresting them, the police run away or take bribes and turn a blind eye.

Apart from this, there are other issues that need to be considered and which are very important to be aware of. This is not the job of an individual or a government. We all have to work together for this may be.

اغوا برائے تاوان

ایک انتہائی گھمبیر اور تکلیف دہ معاشرتی مسلہ اغوا برائے تاوان ہے۔ دولت کی لالچ میں جرائم پیشہ افراد مردوں عورتوں حتی کہ بچوں کو اغوا کرکے بھاری تاوان کا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں۔ مغوی کی رہائی تاوان ادا کرنے کے بعد ہو تی ہے بلکہ ایسی مشالیں بھی موجود ہیں کہ تاوان بھی حاصل کر لیتے ہیں اور مغوی کو قتل بھی کر دیا جاتا ہے۔ اغوا کرنے والے مغوی کو فروخت بھی کر دیتے ہیں اور کچھ مشالیں ایسی بھی ہیں انسانی اعضاء گردہ آنکھ وغیرہ نکال کر فروخت کر دئیے جاتے ہیں۔ اس طرح اس گھناونے جرم کے ہاتھوں بے شمار افراد اپنی جان کھو بیٹھتے ہیں۔ سینہ زوری کا یہ عالم ہےکہ جرائم پیشہ افراد اس حد تک خود سر ہوگے ہیں کہ وہ رہ گیروں سے موبائل نقدی رقم گاڑیاں اور زیورات تک چھین کر فرار ہو جاتے ہیں۔ ایسا محسوس ہوتا ہے کہ لاقانونیت انتہا کو پہنچ چکی ہے۔ پولیس ان کو گرفتار کرنے کی بجائے دور بھاگتی ہے یا پھر رشوت لے کر چشم پوشی سے کام لیتی ہے۔

اس کے علاوہ اور بھی مسائل ہیں جو غور طلب ہیں اور جن کا تدراک بے حد ضروری ہےیہ ایک فرد یا حکومت کا کام نہیں اس کے لیے ہم سب کو مل کر کوشش کرنا ہوگی تب ہی ان پرقابو پایا جاسکتا ہے اور امن وامان کی صورتحال قائم ہو سکتی ہے۔
