CRIME IN PAKISTAN

INTRODUCTION 

Pakistan is a Islamic State which get independence on the name of Allah Almighty. All punishment have been introduced by Allah in Holy Quran but government, setups, people, courts does not follow Islamic principles. The crime have been increases day by day due to the violation of Human Rights. Islam gives status and respect to Muslims others minorities people especially women.

OBJECTIVE

• Punishment has not been given to accused / criminal because their relative contact already with higher authority.

• Heavy amount offered by criminal to concerned setups for exemption of punishment.

• Rich people, political and other head of institutions be involved to wind up cases.

PLACE OF WOMEN:

SHEIKH IBN E BAAZ SAID:

                                               "There is no doubt that Islam came to give honour to the woman,guard her,protect her from the wolves of society secure her rights and raise their status."

Hazart Muhammad P.B.U.H Said:

"Take my advice in the regard of women,Act kindly towards women,for they are created from ribs and most crooked part of ribs is its uppermost .If you want to straighten it ,you will break it, if you leave alone it will remain crooked so, act kindly toward women."

Allah Almighty Said:       

Live with your wives in kindness and equity. 

Holy Prophet Said :

" The best of you is the one whose treatment towards his wife is best and my conduct towards my wives is best among from you."

In Holy Quran:

"And those which do good work,whether male or female,believe that they shall enter heaven ,and shall not be wronged even as much as the litter hollow in the back of date stone."

SUGGESTIONS:

1-Government of Pakistan may be detail of 1x honesty team for investigation of case.

2-After investigation,case may be referred to concerned court duly recommended of punishment according to lights of Islamic principles.

3-Decision of punishment according to recommendations of government team should be implemented within time frame as per Islamic principles.

4-Decision of some crime cases should be punished on the spot and not prolonged.
