POSITIVE INSTITUTIONS
The principal describing his college graduate student in 1997, when he was the principal, he teaches her mathematics at fifth grade. On every Saturday, they organize some games as a fun for kids, for- example racing for donat, chocolates and some other items. The first student gets the donat from donat basket and second student get chocolates similarly, third student left behind donat baskets for teachers. One student saw the only one donat in the basket, she is happy and smiling that she earned donat. She has ability to work with the frustration. She has ability to focused on the task for standard period of time. she gets success not in the school but also in higher education.
I understood from the video is that, the positive institutions help the students to polish their character strength. It also facilitates positive objective experiences. Positive intuitions found everywhere like schools, colleges, offices and family dinners etc.
For example, love for the adult students ranked on the
ninth number but love for the sixth-grade students consider as highest factor.
It means every factor needs depend upon the age of the person, its all based on
the age, in positive institutions we deal and behave with the people according
to their age factor. Schools and families both are responsible for the basic
learning of children. Teachers apply lessons to maximize student engagement and
accomplishment.
Positive institutions help the students to build up their confidence and highlighted their abilities by organizing such games and competitions.Mostly teachers focused on the strengths instead of weakness, building the good in life instead repairing the bad,
positive institutions plays very important
role in the society especially for young and coming generation.Actually,
positive institutions can help in the subtential way to reduce or eliminate the
stress of a person and they aslo delevop interventions to increase the well-
being.
